Mikayla Kitsopoulos

Mikayla Kitsopoulos: Mikayla brings a dynamic energy of leadership, passion, and curiosity to everything she does. A born and bred New Yorker, Mikayla embraced the fashion industry by storm by starting to work backstage during New York Fashion Week at the age of ten and hasn’t stopped since. Mikayla is a combination of creativity, business savvy, and a highly engaging person. She plays four instruments, has written and published her own songs, launched her first business at 18 and leaves any event with a list of new people in her network. She is an independent thinker, a natural leader, and the “go-to” person for fashion, restaurants, beauty tips and more. Mikayla’s first company, Time Twist is a sustainable denim brand whereby she sources vintage denim and hand paints each piece. She developed the logo, and website and shoots all the content for the brand. She sells her product around the globe. She is currently enrolled in the Gallatin School at NYU and while attending college, she fills her schedule with a rigorous academic calendar and engages in multiple internships. Mikayla has worked across multiple industries including marketing, PR, event marketing, and brand building for companies including IMG and Shisheido (Nars Cosmetics). This past semester, Mikayla was selected for the coveted internship at NBC Universal’s The Seth Meyers Show. While at IMG, she worked at Spring Studios for NY Fashion Week and produced The Talks, a symposium of speakers and panel discussions about the fashion industry. Mikayla is taking her expertise and skills to new horizons by producing her first fashion show for a vintage clothing company for Fashion Week this fall. She will run all aspects of the brand's show. Most importantly, Mikayla leads with kindness and is a warm and engaging person.
