Intent on crafting a career anchored by the pursuit of modernizing the fashion industry through ethics, innovation, and inclusivity, Clay Lute has a vision for a more efficient future of retail. Working at companies like Todd Snyder, J.Crew, and Calvin Klein, Clay forged lasting mentorships and honed his expertise in merchandising, menswear, and trend analytics. In 2023, Clay was named the winner of the Fashion Scholarship Fund’s Chairman Award, which furthered his efforts in the industry.

Fueled by his passion of working alongside companies to implement sustainable sourcing and ethical practices at a corporate level, Clay earned his B.B.A. in Fashion Merchandising at LIM College. Clay looks forward to continuing to drive excellence with his experience in product strategy, brand direction, and merchandising, and is working to create new processes to revolutionize the fashion industry.
